what's a good hex editor - preferably for windows - for annotating structs and stuff? I'd normally use audacity but I figure there's gotta be something better for this

this is still my favorite accomplishment, i think. i was always told as an undergrad in a biological sciences field that i couldn't publish research unless i got a PhD. i love researching and writing, so this has been a dream come true.
