Hate that I even have to say this, but if you’re ever in an uncomfortable situation at a Pokemon event and you need anything/anyone and I’m there, do not hesitate to reach out. We need to do better. Respect and protect the shes, theys and gays.

I mean this in the nicest way possible, but if you find yourself feeling physically ill and mentally drained from social media, you need to log off. Go outside, go to locals and be with your friends in the real world.
