Fun things to do with your spouse: Price the items in a garage sale together. My logic: "Get rid of it. Nothing over $5. Everything must go." Her logic: "Well, it costs $25 brand new, so I'll sell it for $20." It's so much "fun" 🫠 #WorkLifeBalance

Also, why can't I buy a T-shirt or a swag bag to welcome someone to my unit? On-boarding matters. I don't see anything wrong with offering a small gift when someone arrives.

Almost every day I come home from work, my daughter tries to greet me before I can even get out of my car. She sits on my lap and tells me everything about her day. She has such a positive outlook on life. She has no idea what that means to me when I'm having a rough day.

Celebrate life's victories. My oldest graduated high school last night. I'm so proud of him for putting in the work and enduring 18 years of moves and different schools. He'll be off to college this fall, and I have all kinds of mixed feelings about that. #Classof2023 #FutureDon
