Hey helpdesk_delhivery This return pickup has been pending since 9th September. Your ops team says they don't have a vehicle for it. Amazon India - Please work with a more professional logistics partner, you are ruining your name with Delhivery.

Shout out to david friedberg for his chat with Woody Hoburg at the All-In Summit 2025 (& his previous recorded conversation with him as well). Astronauts are at the frontier of our tech advancements and we should know their work & celebrate them.

Agree with svs. If as a hiring manager you are relying on a recruiter with almost zero domain expertise to bring you the best candidates, then you are also a part of the problem. Btw identifying keywords or hiring based on "brand" names doesn't count as domain expertise.

You have to put in the hard yards to get good at anything. Ironically, many companies/startups in tech don't want to tap into the pool of experienced folks who might be able to create a lot of value for them.

If you look at this and find it intimidating to grok, you can solve that in 3 weeks by reading this book: amazon.com/Build-Large-La… I did while working on a startup, taking my kid to school in the mornings, managing a house renovation, and eating dinner with my family at 6:30.

svs 🇮🇳 The term 'AI Agent' is going to be misused for various reasons but they can be considered distinct from regular 'Workflows'. Anthropic folks have described it well.

Love this point! "Best products create this quiet loyalty where users can't fully articulate why they stay, they just know alternatives feel subtly wrong"

Anyone thinking of leaving a cushy job to do 'some startup' should be aware of this. There is a very high chance that you are *not* going to be an exception to the rule.

Same experience but for building/fixing production software. Most of the grunt work has gone away and helps you ramp up to new stuff so quickly.

Claude Code et al will probably bring back the term 'Software Architect', not as a title - but as a role. A person who is hands-on, guiding the AI to build a well-structured product, block by block. The best programmers always were architects & now the tools make that obvious.

Asked Claude Code to run a load test & also check for leaks etc. It also created a memory monitor on the side (on its own). Nice!
