Text modes refactored… Now we have two: MODE0 - palette text mode MODE2 - attribute text mode Both have DOUBLE_WIDTH and MULTICOLOR variants available.

80 column text mode Created using multicolor 4x8 text cells, with 4x8 font data mapped to `00` and `11` colors.

MODE1 implemented, MODE3 and MODE5 unified
