Weight room schedule for this week (12/6 - 12/10): Monday - Friday: 8AM - 4PM open hours Come in any time within these hours to get a break from classes/finals and get training in. No need to schedule a time slot, letโ€™s finish the last week strong!

The weight room will have open hours for those that want to get extra, voluntary work in this coming Friday (1/14) from 6 - 10AM. After 10AM it will be closed the rest of the weekend. You will need to utilize the wellness center if you are looking for extra work.

Due to the delayed opening of campus tomorrow, there will be no training groups until after campus opens at 10AM. After 10AM groups will run as normally scheduled.

Huge shoutout to WVWC Baseball for raising $1798 through their bingo board fundraiser! This money will go directly to improvements in equipment in the weight room for all sports. Be on the lookout for upgrades soon! ๐Ÿ‘€
