After a full dayâs judging, the Japanese Wagyu was a first-time entry from Japan and it is an A4 grade, 30-month-old female from Starzen Co. WorldSteakChallenge morningadvertiser.co.uk/Article/2022/0âŠ

A highlight of this yearâs WorldSteakChallenge was a visit to Redmondâs Angus Beef farm to learn about carbon efficient beef production, Irelandâs verified Grass Fed Beef and our national sustainability programme, @OriginGreen. Delicious local treats provided by Taste Wexford.
