Big things are happening with 8th grade Personal Fitness! • Guest Speaker, CrossFit Coach Michael Davis, visited NPMS today to reiterate the powerful intent that warming-up has on our minds and bodies for CrossFit. His knowledge and passion for helping others is second-to-none!

🏋️‍♀️DEADLIFTS🏋️‍♀️ • 8th graders kicked butt on their very first day of being introduced to the deadlift! 💪🏼Most of them did a complete 180 with technique from when they first picked up the barbell and then ended class 40 minutes later! • They amaze me!✨
