Tuesday’s focus is - anxiety. What exactly is anxiety? Anxiety is a feeling of fear, dread, and uneasiness. It might cause you to sweat, feel restless and tense, and have a rapid heartbeat. It is a normal reaction to stress.

Wednesday’s focus is – grounding techniques. The purpose of grounding techniques is to return the person to reality during a panic or stressful situation. Focusing on the present surroundings can help people become more aware of their safe reality and start to feel calmer.
