Tasting our #kveik #yeast ale made with traditional herbs: juniper and alder branch, hops (EKG), walnut leaf, yarrow, meadwort, bogbean, and St. John's wort brewed in August! Absolutely fantastic! Heavily relied on the book of Lars Marius Garshol for choosing the herbs.
