Thanks to swiping second base in the 7th inning on Saturday, the West Michigan Whitecaps Seth Stephenson joins Tampa Bay Rays No. 5 prospect Chandler Simpson as the only two players in all of professional baseball to have 60 or more stolen bases in each of the past two seasons.
