Today is the second day of Essex Sunshine Coast - Home of Clacton Airshow which will look spectacular with sea sun and blue skies! It's also the second day of the Witham Beer Festival which goes on until Saturday night. plenty of good beer, cider, food, cricket and live music to enjoy!

Please take care of yourselves while still enjoying the Festival.

In light of current events, it is with sadness that The Committee have decided to postpone this year's Witham Beer Festival. With so much uncertainty at this time, it wouldn't be right to invest what it takes to put on the event. We will aim to be back in 2021!

While pubs are closed due to the current social isolating guidelines, demand has obviously dropped with breweries. Some of our local ones have decided to keep supplying you with either bottles or polypins. Please support them so they can survive and can remain open.

How are you all coping? Hopefully you've all managed to drink ale and cider at home, and have had chance to support your local brewaries.............
