Gearing up for a bottling next week, the 09 QED, 09 PB Wines Cab Franc, and 09 PB Wines CS/Syrah blend. The wines are pretty darn tasty! :)

Also doing a winemaker dinner at BC Tavern on Saturday night, the menu/wine pairing is going to be fantastic!

Just finished punching down 34 bins (~45 tons) of reds, who needs the gym during crush! Time for sleep, pressing some reds in the morning :)

Poured the Rasa, Mackey, and Delmas wines for Stephen Tanzer yesterday. Now the seemingly endless 3-4 month wait for ratings begins. :)

Rasa 2012 crush has started! Just got in about 3.5 tons of Riesling, looks great. The controlled chaos of crush is beginning. :)

Wow wow wow, just had a 1997 Solaia and a 1970 Graham port. Both bottles are simply stunning!

Had some phenomenal wines on Sunday night, 88 Chave Hermitage, 92 Dominus, 97 Donnhoff Auslese and plenty of others... Food was awesome!

I'll be pouring tonight at Bottlehouse in Seattle, from 6-8pm.

Getting ready for a small bottling in May, PB Wines Pinot Gris in a Dry Vendanges Tardives style (crazy stuff!), and a PB Wines Riesling.

Had lamb shanks paired with the Rasa Vineyards 08 Creative Impulse for dinner,it was a great pairing. Must repeat soon! :)

I poured the Rasa & PB lineup for Tanzer on Tuesday. I think the wines showed well. Now the hard part, waiting 3 months for reviews. :)
