A British female paratrooper has jumped into Normandy to commemorate D-Day for the 1st time. Lance Corporal Addy Carter, of 16 Medical Regiment, dropped into Sannerville today. She told ⁦The Telegraph⁩ it felt “phenomenal” to be the first woman to make such a historic jump.
