It was a great night for the girls basketball teams. The 7th grade teams both lost but showed significant improvement. 8B won 22-10 and 8A beat Athens 31-13! The coaches are proud of the progress all the girls are showing! Nice way to wrap up the first round of basketball.

Our 8th graders were paired up with Juniors at the HS this morning so next year they will have a “Big Sister” to ask questions and lean on when they need help. It was fun watching them interact with one another!

It was a great morning for Cross Country! We had some athletes make some good improvement even though we were fighting through some injuries and it was a super rough course in Mineola. We go back to work on Monday getting ready for the next meet in Van.
