A3) every situation is different but for me personally if you are going to change jobs it should be before summer starts. Again we all have reasons that may be unavoidable but I think it’s hard to coaches and players if you change jobs during the summer #ALFBChat

When we first started our off-season running program, we had 4 guys at 20+ and only 8 guys 19+. Now we have 6 guys at 20+ and 15 total that are 19+ (2 have hit 21). Make speed a priority!
