Just hit 275 bench, was easy since I haven’t maxed since I got back into gym. Not quite what I used to be able to do, but am proud.

Lol I really don’t trust anybody.

Some people are in your life because their behavior will finally get you to create boundaries. If they notice the change in your attitude towards them, but won’t notice their behavior that made you change and set boundaries; it’s just more evidence that the boundaries are needed.

Drinking and not being able to cuddle is the worst.
