COACHES: Teaching someone how to swing well in a cage is completely different than teaching someone how to HIT well in a game. There are too many hitters being taught to hit bombs in a cage but can't sniff a good fastball in a game. #GoodBatting

Varsity baseball is home today at 4:30 against Western Brown. We wanted to give a shout out to Wilmington Hurricane for getting our field ready this season, especially yesterday. It was rough, but he got it ready and we were able to play. Thank you Mr. Diels!

Young student athletes, when you’re getting coached up please stop saying “I know”. Just because you’ve heard something before doesn’t mean you are educated on it.

Athletes take a huge step forward when a coach doesn't have to ask them to work hard, extra, or correctly. It's called taking ownership!

Don’t be upset by the results YOU didn’t get...from the work you didn’t do. Champions do not become champions when they win the game, but in the hours, weeks, months & years they spend preparing for it!

Your effort level is a direct reflection of your interest level. You don't need to tell your coach you're all in...your actions will do so!
