High school sports are fun. Kids should play for that reason alone. Problem is lots of club coaches tell kids not to compete for their high school so there’s more time to showcase & “get seen”. And kids end up being the ones missing out on the experience. It’s a shame.

Friday was a fun-filled day supporting Whiting athletics at the Whiting XC cookout and the Whiting Football Alumi Page scrimmage. Looking forward to a great fall!

Today our Whiting Cross Country ran at the Morton Invitational! - Girls team with 3rd place - 2 girls placed top 20! Yolanda Esparza at 8th and Citali Vargas at 15th! - 2 boys placed top 20! Genaro Herrejon at 17th and Lucas Lechuga at 14th! #WhitingXC #OTF
