ok maybe el got hit a little (lot) harder than i thought she did but its ok i will still bullshit my way to subparness as i always have and always will (also the bomb vest midscreen oki is insane so she's still viable prolly hopefully)

#GGST_EL I'm not sure how practical this is but with certain spacing you can make it so a bomb vest on a wallsplatted opponent doesn't break the wall. this seems like it could lead to some powerful setplay but i wouldn't know I'm stupid :)

i changed my mind these nerfs aint shit el is barely touched as long as you have more than 4 braincells and the bomb vest change is awesome life is good
