Having anxiety over tomorrow's drug consult.

So ruminating is bad. But all I do is ruminate.

I think Instagram may be getting me down. Need to rethink this.

Late for group. Really late.

An invitation from people I barely know is stressing me out. Don't people know I'm anti-social.

Feeling lower and lower. Messed up planning for the weekend.

Feel guilty for not being outside.

Another day, another anxiety pill. Maybe this is a good thing. Like I am waking up? Feeling things?

Family coming tonight. Pissed off. House cleaning means I won't be able to find stuff. Hiding time.

Feel a little mopey today.

Wonder if the moment for some suicides is when deep depression begins to alleviate, allowing high anxiety to be felt.

I feel very discouraged. What is the point of #mentalhealth awareness and research if you can't get any effin treatment?

Have to really do some self care this week.

I don't think I want to do my work anymore.

New meds. Scared.

I think my new meds is making me hyper.

Having a mania lite bc of med change. I know see how people get things done!!

Lovely. Response to new meds makes pdoc ask whether I'm suicidal.
