Big congratulations goes out to the Boys Track and Field team on their Runners-up finish last night in the Class A State Track & Field Championship. An outstanding effort by those 15 young men. We could not be prouder of such a wonderful individuals. Thanks for a wonderful year!

Big shoutout to our Girl's 4x100 meter relay team (Natalia Aburto, Destiny Pryor, Larmore Pryor, Talaijah Bartley) on their title run Thursday night. They ran a 47.79. Which is the fastest 1A time in the last 25 years, if not all-time for the classification.

Your 4x time Class 1A 100 meter hurdle champion, Talaijah Bartley. Not only did she win all 4 years but she ran a time of 14.56. Her time is the fastest 1A mark in the past 25 years, if not all-time in Class 1A. Congratulations once again to Talaijah Bartley.

Thanks to those who reminded us that we ain’t it. Back to lion mode. ‘Cause real lions like to hunt. It’s what we live for. It’s not just the prize, it’s about the process. For nothing significant occurs in gazelle mode. Everything impressive happens when the lion is on the hunt.

Talaijah Bartley was named as the 2024 Class A Track & Field Player of the year by the South Carolina Coaches Association of Women's Sports.

Presenting your very first All-Americans in Whale Branch history! Thanks to the National High School Track&Field Cross Country Coaches Association for recognizing these 4 young ladies for their efforts. They certainly earned the title and will forever be known as… All-Americans!

Wonderful to finally present the girls with their 3rd consecutive State title rings last night. They certainly earned it.
