After a buckoff streak of seven bulls, Lonnie West gets some help from a Canadian legend to get back on top, riding Red Bandana for 86 points in Round 2 from Glendale.

If a rider does not make an honest effort to get out with a bull, he will be suspended for 5 events and $5,000. Second offense will be 10 events and 10K. A third offense will result in a review by the competition committee.

Lonnie West tells me he is about 3-4 weeks away from a return to competition. West broke his fibula and tore his ATFL ligament at the Global Cup.

.Lonnie West got things back on track just in time last night in Coronation. West goes 2-for-2 for the PBR Canada victory and takes some momentum into his UTB season-debut this weekend in Nashville. dakotab also went 2-for-2 to finish runner-up in first event in 2.5 weeks.

Canada went 2-for-4 in Anaheim in Round 1 on Friday night in Anaheim with Lonnie West riding Diamond Willow for 85 points but taking a shot on the dismount.
