#nowtasting Borders Bittersweet (Hereford Redstreak/Bloody Butcher) 2020. Already fat & full of complex flavours straight from the vat, it's going to rock after a few weeks/years in the bottle. Bottling this week, early release to cider club members soon! Full tasting notes later

Really excited about our small batch pet nat bottlings over the next 6 weeks or so. We don't tend to crack our barrels until the last minute on a biosecurity basis, so it'll be a voyage of discovery, too!
