Strongly condemn the latest aggression by #Azerbaijan against sovereign #Armenian territory. Express my sincere condolences for the loss of lives & welcome the negotiated ceasefire. #EU needs to urgently devise a targeted & adequate response to #Azerbaijan's continued aggression!
