President Macron of France has just suggested that Europe build its own military in order to protect itself from the U.S., China and Russia. Very insulting, but perhaps Europe should first pay its fair share of NATO, which the U.S. subsidizes greatly!

I’m Leaving Paris about as fast as I arrived (Tuesday) My original plan was to leave Paris this Saturday, but yesterday I had a hunch and made arrangements to leave Thursday. Yesterday noon my plane was half empty, today the flight is totally booked. It’s an exodus back to LA.
