Choice stepping performance is significantly correlated with global cognition, walking speed, lower limb muscle strength, and functional independence in older adults with #dementia. Choice stepping may be a good indicator of physical and cognitive health. buff.ly/hsWX5Yy

Implementation of fall prevention interventions in health services faces challenges, including poor uptake, adoption, and sustainability. Although the adherence levels were higher than in other exercise studies, they remained lower than in RCTs. academic.oup.com/ageing/article…
