Meet Othman Assaa Suleiman , a founder of `Natural Fertilizer` company based in Pemba #Zanzibar. He is one of the 40 shortlisted innovators of Blue Innovation Challenge Othman and his team collect wood flour, cow and chicken dung to produce fertilizers.

Meet Salma Mgeni Ramadhan , a founder of `Organic Manure` company based in Pemba #Zanzibar. She is one of the 40 shortlisted innovators of Blue Innovation Challenge Salma and her team reuse food waste to produce organic manure for soil fertility.

Meet Suleimani Masoud Mohamed , a founder of Zan Ocean&Agroforest Organization based in Mpendae #Zanzibar. He is one of the 40 shortlisted innovators of Blue Innovation Challenge. Suleimani&his team develop a GIS Mobile App that helps to execute beach cleaning &has a waste monitoring system.

Meet Hashim Kombo Hassan, a founder of Eco-Filter Points based in Unguja #Zanzibar. He is one of the 40 shortlisted innovators of Blue Innovation Challenge Hashim and his team design filtration points to control solid waste drained into the ocean.

Meet Shuwena Mbarouk Suleiman, a founder of `Super Charcoal ( `Mkaa Imara`) company based in Tomondo #Zanzibar She is one of the 40 shortlisted innovators of Blue Innovation Challenge Shuwena and her team reuse and manage non- biodegradable waste to produce a charcoal.

Meet Abdulghani Rashid Juma, a founder of `Safi Blue` company based Maruhubi #Zanzibar. He is one of the 40 shortlisted innovators of Blue Innovation Challenge Abdulghani and his team produce goods from industrial waste dumped in the sea and on the sea shore.

Meet Rahila Ali Rashid, a founder of RAI Organics based in Unguja #Zanzibar. She is one of the 40 shortlisted innovators of Blue Innovation Challenge Rahila and her team recycle food waste to produce skincare products.
