Last night our Women's Supper Club took part in a very fun Zentangle session, run by the lovely Lily from Warrington Library. There were some fabulous Zentagles created! Our next Women's Supper Club will be on Wednesday 18th June 6:30pm - 8pm at the Gateway, Sankey Street.

This week, mental health project worker Lesley visited The Little Shop, an affordable food initiative based in #Latchford. Leslie will be going along once a month to talk to people about our PAUSE Listening Space pause and to promote our Get #Warrington Talking events.

Last week we made the most of the warm, dry weather on our Walk & Talk, thank you to everyone who joined us! It was great to stretch our legs, have a chat and enjoy the sunshine together. Our next Walk & Talk will be on Thursday 12th June, meeting at the Golden Gates at 2:30pm.

We had fun at our SADA (South Asian #Dementia Awareness) group yesterday! 🎶💃 There was lots more singing and dancing this week - music and movement really does lift the mood and bring everyone together. SADA meets every fortnight at 11am at Whittle Hall Community Centre.

Today the Speak Up 4 All group had a visit from Bill Ponzini, Public Governor at Mersey Care NHS. We shared information with Bill about being a self-advocate and how we use our experiences and skills to communicate with others to ensure we make the most of our lives & communities
