I would hope every parent goes to school the week before it opens to look at your child’s (children’s) classrooms and ensure you are comfortable with the distance between their desks. If not, call Stephen Lecce and Doug Ford to demand #SafeSeptember .

Just found out that because of parents keeping their kids out of my daughter's school, what had been 2 classes of 22 in 5th grade last year is now just one more crowded class of 29 in 6th. This is what results when @sflecce does "everything he can" to make for a safe re-entry

The collective Ottawa teachers’ unions just released a letter to our MOH urging virtual only schooling until adequate vaccination and airborne protections can be achieved. Amazing it's come to teachers begging public health officials to do what should be obvious.
