What a day. We’ve walked our paws off. Sorted my new laptop out. Cooked a jus for tomorrow. And forwarded on the beautiful home warming card for my beloved Aunti. From my beloved ShoolieW 🇬🇧 . Oh and written some stuff too. My mind is set. Going to carry on writing. 💕💕

My postie is amazing. He knocked with a parcel. The first thing he said was “hello Trigger”. They played for a while then Postie carried on. Dogs really bring out the best in folk eh? 🐾🐾

Well there’s a lesson learned. I’ll never walk Trigger without my phone again. We (l) got seriously lost. I had no idea how big the heath was. 2 and a quarter hours, we were out. I’m going to ache tomorrow. Have a great evening folks. I’m doing nowt!!

Steak tonight in a red wine, shallot and garlic jus. Pan fried in butter, tarragon, rosemary and mushrooms. Steamed carrots and romanesco cauliflower. Stir fry asparagus and courgette. Jacket potato. And yes, enough steak for Trigger. Xx
