The Sustainability Program at Airway Heights Corrections Center grew 600+ pumpkins weighing nearly 8,000 pounds! The pumpkins were donated to Shriners Children's in Spokane. DOC staff from Airway Heights delivered the pumpkins and helped set them up in front of the hospital entrance.

"The Legend Has Retired." Staff at Monroe Correctional Complex celebrated the retirement of Gloria Hopkins. At 91, Gloria was not only the oldest DOC employee but also the oldest in Washington state government! She joined DOC at 63, dedicating nearly 30 years to corrections.
