Really interesting to see the large % of in-person GOP voting in the 49th Congressional District compared to the other competitive congressional races in California.

Chatted this afternoon on the local election results & our changing electorate with my friend, SD political whiz Mason Herron, I asked him for 7 minutes and we talked for nearly 45. Someone needs to interview this man and give him an hour of podcast time soon!

Compare the % vote for Kamala Harris to % vote for Lawson-Remer in these two maps - heavy overlap, though % vote Kamala by precinct is significantly more intense closer to the coast. Interesting there were Kamala/Faulconer voters concentrated in Carlsbad, Point Loma and Coronado,

What would it take to bring UFL spring football to San Diego? I thought the AAF Fleet did well in SD compared to other AAF teams. We’ve proven we’re a sports town. Curious what the United Football League franchise expansion fee is. “The UFL is accepting proposals from prospective markets

Is there a major elected or foreign dignitary visiting SD today? Five CHP patrol car and motorcycle escort heading up 5 North during rush hour traffic. Lights and sirens on so people would get out of the carpool lane.
