This project had me question some of the foundations of how we do research. Like, how mano academic conventions could we get rid of and still do great work? Also, somebody find me an anthropologist to study the maranza! #citizenscience

The second paper to our Special Issue on #language practices and #policies in early childhood #education is out! 🥳 Interesting insights on the representation of linguistic diversity in a new teacher education building in Norway. 🤓

Thrilled to see @marie_rickert‘s paper finally out! It‘s a fascinating exploration of the interactional meanings teachers and kids negotiate around linguistic resources other than German in a German ECEC - and of the language ideological assemblages they co-create in this way!
