The elusive bleeder: Pancreatitis with Melena & Hb drop. The first DSA was negative, but a repeat DSA after 2 days showed bleed from a small distal pancreatic branch arising from the middle colic artery. Associated MALS with multiple SMA collaterals. Embolised with 10% glue.
