"I'm Gonna Do What the Spirit Says Do" is a freedom song that was sung at virtually all the marches in the Civil Rights Movement. It is also the inspiration for Viva la Muerte's new song, "Spirit," featured here, live, last month at Oden Brewing's Spring Equinox Festival.
