been an anarchist for over 20 years. of the "Bakunin was right" variety. have lost track of how many times i have seen a statist say that they were an anarchist for X amount of time, read a book or 2, and then use that to shit on something that they realistically just don't get.

MC (same handle elsewhere): Fergie As an example, the French dockworker strike against arms shipments earlier this year was probably the biggest most recent example of this. A general strike would also express this. Essentially, massive numbers of people need to stop following orders, stop obeying authority.

MC (same handle elsewhere): Fergie What the dockworkers did was more than protest, it was action. And yes, one of the biggest weaknesses of the left right now is expecting one singular all-inclusive solution from one thing/system/theory. You see strikes as coercion but I see them as the cessation of coercion.
