Happy to re-post this new addition to our 2019 eLIFE story on how CCL2 extrinsically regulates ALIX and thus the replication fitness of HIV-1 but not of subtype C (pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC65…). Now reporting a novel tool to study this and that CCL2-ALIX axis works in other viruses.
