Bought Vicky Beeching Undivided today from Foyles Bookshop It was a struggle, as I had to awkwardly ask a man to stand up from the step he was sitting on, so I could climb up to the top shelf to reach it. I did not let polite British social anxiety get in the way of me buying this book!

This is a really good way for people to understand those who suffer from chronic illness. Particularly the many who are housebound. As well as dealing with illness there is daily grief on missing out on the simplest things people take for granted.A cafe.A walk. A bus ride. Views

I haven't posted on here in a long time due to chronic illness. I'm hoping one day I can get back to being physically well again. This photo reminds me of happier days and hopefully, a life I can return to in future. Sending you all much love and a big hello in the meantime :)
