7 b/p relapses in august and one so far this month. I’ve been talking to my boyfriend and he wants to help me recover completely, go to meetings with me, get me a meal plan but god I just can’t do this I’m not strong enough I’ll just die

I thought that losing weight would fix me, that id finally be happier with myself, but then my brain got so fucked up ill never be the same and, guess what, not happy. Never ending fucking cycle

Id rather be not ill and not scared of dying personally
