Had a great weekend at the Southern Radiology Conference in Point Clear, Alabama! Grateful to attend, present, and meet faces old and new 🙂 (And see snow in Alabama)

UMMC does Southern Radiology Conference! A large group of faculty, residents, fellows, & students migrated to Grand Hotel Golf Resort & Spa to give lectures & panel discussions, present posters, and see friends and colleagues. 🎉Dr. Robert Morris was 2025 SRC president! 🎉Charlotte S. Moving from the UK to Philly, I was shocked by the countless lawsuit billboards across the city but it all adds up after listening to Rich Duszak, MD’s powerful talk on malpractice in Radiology. “Doctors are the second victims” really hit home. #ACR2025 #radiology

Congratulations to Mississippi Radiological Society. Best small chapter for quality and safety award at #ACR2025! So proud of our volunteers from UMMC Department of Radiology and all across the state.

Huge kudos to the The University of Mississippi Medical Center IR team for DAISY Foundation recognition for extraordinary care. Only 1 team across the hospital receives this award each year. It takes a village to get to this level, and it's an honor every day to work with such talented and committed colleagues!

Pictures from the 2025 Venous Symposium through the Physician-in-training scholarship! Grateful to have partook it in this past weekend, to have learned plenty about endovascular management of venous disease, and to have met with some amazing people throughout the US/the world.
