This week Kate Bellis will be toning some images she took at Highgreen last year. She'll be gathering and gleaning botanical ingredients from the same landscape where the pictures were created. These two were taken at the burn, at the back of Highgreen.

Andrew Burton, former Associate Artist for #entwinedrurallandlivesart, is back at VARC as our 'Full Circle' artist in residence. His project 'The Scent of Sheep' explores our deep ties with livestock through sculpture, drawing & fieldwork in the Northumbrian landscape. 🐑

Shane Finan revisits Kielderhead Wildwood Northumberland WildlifeTrust #VARCFullCircle. Shane first partnered in 2020 #ENTWINEDRuralLandLivesArt : "Though 5 years is a short span in the life of a tree, early images from the site already show striking transformations in the landscape."
