When he couldn’t find Penny he went to her room and touched an item of hers to connect their thoughts, giving her a brief message directly to her thoughts about the situation and told her to hurry home.

Uther quickly turned to Beno’s voice echoing through the house before hurrying back to the living room. “Where’s Alice..? She’s not out right now is she..?”

Uther was outside checking on his plants since a storm was heading their way, securing some plants so they didn’t break and covering over some securely. He then picked up a new scent, standing up quickly and looking around for the source. He couldn’t see whoever it was though.

The vampire hurried inside once the rain came, having been stood outside to let his scent deter the stranger he sensed from coming anywhere near the mansion. “Penny..! Beno..! He’s in the forest..!”

Uther frowned and simply head to his room since he could see his flower garden from there and could keep an eye on it during the storm.
