Was in the Dáil today to watch the People Before Profit Bill on the abolition of sub-minimum wage rates for young people be discussed. Students as workers need to be paid #FairWagesForAllAges, rather than be paid less than minimum. Hoping the government don’t vote to delay this by 12 months!

First the government delays giving apprentices at least the minimum wage in the Seanad. Now it says to those under 20 years old should wait for the Low Pay Commission to come back. So called 'experience gaining' doesn't pay the bills. It should be #FairWagesForAllAges ASAP.
