There as so many incredible women Guild of Students & Uni of Birmingham. During the pandemic, special consideration must go to the incredible Cleaning Services team, who I temped with as a student, who are an amazing bunch of bold, Brummie women who literally deal with everyone’s 💩

It’s Compost Week - so the Guild, Uni of Birmingham and GREG are launching a campaign encouraging students and staff to use the new compost bins in the ‘Grow with Joe’ community garden. Here's Matthew Griffin Matt showing you where they are and how to use them 👀

We want our composting project to be more self-sustaining. That’s where you come in 😏 By getting involved and continually using our compost bins for your organic food waste, you'll be helping us to consistently create a high quality growing medium to cultivate organic produce.

A fabulous addition to the office 💚

We're delighted to announce that as part of a major upgrade of our clock tower we plan to modernise the clock face and make it digital. The famous ‘bongs’ will remain but will instead be a recording. We will of course be consulting with staff & students so welcome your thoughts
