Also recently learning in one of my modules, the politics behind pap being our staple food bc black people were limited access to protein rich food. protein is needed for brain development. CONTROLLING & SUPRESSING GROWTH & DEVELOPMENT THROUGH FOOD. they made sure with EVERYTHING
