.UNMC Emergency Med residents joined Valley Fire, LaVista PD, and the iEXCEL team for a high-intensity outdoor simulation. From amputations and head trauma to water rescues, the scenarios pushed teams to communicate, adapt and act fast. This was hands-on teamwork at its best!
