Final regulatory hurdle passed for UM Shore Regional Medical Center (UM SRMC) Project. Groundbreaking for the new UM SRMC is anticipated in summer of 2025, with construction of the hospital anticipated to be completed at the end of summer 2028. More here: shorturl.at/q60Uw

The Cancer Center at UMSRH is now offering easier, shorter radiation treatment for pts with early-stage breast cancer. Known as Accelerated Partial Breast Irradiation (APBI), this course of treatment is limited to the immediate area surrounding the tumor tinyurl.com/2s49haah
