We had planned on attending the Bufftown Bullies event buuuuuut travelling to the states is kinda weird right now for Canadians so we're focused on some local events instead.

Max The main difference is Commander is mostly played outside of tournament even when played competitively. So for most formats a tournament problem (meta bad, judge issue, cheating) is a format or Magic problem, but for us the way 90+% of play happens exclude those issues, so tedh

Max We also just get to have unique things like making deals and lying and judges just deciding they will ignore slow play no matter what despite being comp or pro rel. So I don't blame people for using the term especially when discussing structural solutions but it does sound goofy

Lemora's Cards Look at the top players in the format. Many are know for the yap. Now put them all in a room together and 59% draw rate is what you get. The only fix is to change the point system because we've seen the lengths players will go for that 1 point.

Some Americans in the midwest region actually think they are good because they made the invitational... my brother in christ you have 8 bronze 4 gold and 2 platinum events a month... of course you were able to gain points with better access to events than 99% of the world LMAO
