How do we have a ‘Green Day’ Chris Clement leading the first cohort of wards at University Hospitals Sussex to go through our new Patient First initiative called the Daily Management System. Allowing wards to plan, reflect and improve on key trust objective’s.

One of our Care of the Elderly wards at Royal Sussex County & Princess Royal Hospitals ICU involved patients in a Words of Wisdom project which asked them to share heart-warming and interesting things they've learnt throughout their lives. The RSCH Audiology team have worked tirelessly over the past 6 months, successfully increasing clinical capacity to 95% using PFIS tools including Standard Work, 5S, Status Sheets and Improvement Huddles as Business as Usual. Incredible dedication to improvement! 👍 University Hospitals Sussex
